Postage, Handling, Shipping and Insurance:

Postage will vary according to the number of books. Please see the shopping cart. Insurance and delivery confirmation are mandatory and included.
All shipping costs include handling, expert packing, delivery, insurance, customs fees and VAT.
Customers outside Europe and the U.S.A. are responsible for any international duties and for items passing through
international Customs.
In the United States and Canada, we ship via insured U.S. economy mail only. Federal Express, DHL, UPS or other
services are not available.
In Europe, we ship via insured surface mail.
The books will be shipped out within 3 working days upon receipt of payment. The individual approximative delivery
times are listed in the shopping cart.
Please email your address EXACTLY as you want it. If your package is returned due to a wrong address, you will be
responsible for paying to ship the package a second time.

Damage/Returns:

All books are packaged extra safe to prevent damage during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, take the
entire package, including the packing material to the Post Office to file a claim. The Post Office will send the claim to us
for processing. DO NOT send damaged package back to me as that will void Postal Insurance.
